Unused goods returned within 30 days of the date you received your order will be accepted and refunded.
All goods must be returned in a re-sellable condition.
All goods must be returned in their original packaging.
The responsibility for arranging the return of the goods rests with the customer. On receipt of your completed Returns Request form, we will issue you with the reference number and returns address.
Once returned goods have been received and restocked in our warehouse, you will receive your refund. Damaged goods will not be refunded.
How to return unwanted goods

If you receive damaged or incorrect fencing components, you will need to inform us within 48 hours of delivery. You should sign for the delivery as ‘damaged’ and provide photographs of the damage for insurance purposes.

Provided the above guidelines are adhered to, damaged goods can be replaced, or money for them can be refunded.
